“No one measures a life in weeks and days. You measure life in years and by the things that happen to you.”

“I’m still going to love you, always. And in the rock-paper-scissors of life, love is rock. fear, anger, everything else…no contest.”
A beautiful, haunting story that I absolutely loved reading.
It’s a soft, quiet thought provoking read with depth and tons of character growth.
The topics it covers of common overworked topics in YA but they are so sensitively and freshly dealt with that it was a truly memorable read.
A coming-of-age tale, with loads more depth and honesty. It was realistic and the dialogue was at times delightful and heart-wrenching.
It’s gentleness is soothing and leaves you whole and fresh despite the sadness
